Step 1 – Submit ISRC Request

The first milestone in onboarding a new project is registering it through ISRC so security, compliance, and operational partners have a shared source of truth.

Submitting an ISRC Request

1. Leadership Approval

Start by getting approval from your leadership team to ensure they’re aligned with the submission.

2. Draft the ISRC Record

Create the draft record in the ISRC PowerApp: ISRC Submission Form.

Include all required system information:

  • System name and description
  • Owner and primary point of contact
  • Data classification and any integrations
  • Supporting documentation, if applicable

3. Leadership Review

Share the draft with your leadership team for review, incorporating feedback before the final submission.

4. Submit the Form

When leadership signs off, submit the finalized ISRC form through the PowerApp.

5. Security Review

The Security team (John Wirth / Jim Flannery) will review the request. They may add comments or request updates—respond promptly to keep things moving.

6. Approval & Confirmation

Once the ISRC is approved:

  • You’ll receive an approval email confirming registration.
  • The system is officially recognized in ISRC and can move to the next onboarding step.
